David Flaschen

Non-Executive Director

David was appointed to the Board in September 2015. He has more than 20 years of executive and leadership experience in the information services industry, including positions at Thomson Financial and Dun & Bradstreet.

He also has extensive experience in online businesses, having served as a Non-Executive Director at companies such as TripAdvisor Inc. and BuyerZone.com.

David was a professional football player and a founding member of the North American Soccer League Players Association’s Executive Committee.

David is an Informa nominee on the Board of its Curinos business and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Paychex Inc.
